Hit the turf for our MetCon and Power Barre programs at Axis CastleBranch! Located inside of Wilmington's CastleBranch Headquarters, use the door on the left and enter into a workout like you've never had. Our format here is higher cardio, more endurance, with emphasis on form and function. From sled pulls to track runs, this facility is for the more cardio training, workout regime!
MetCon Group Training
- (2) 8-minute stations of 30 second interval-based, muscular endurance. Expect dumbells, kettlebells, TRX’s and more
- Heart Rate Target Zones: Yellow/Some Red
- (2) 8-minute stations of body fat blasting, oxygen consuming conditioning. Expect spin bikes, rowers, running and more.
- Heart Rate Target Zones: Some Yellow/Red

Power Barre is an innovative way to reshape your body with small isometric movements combined with large dynamic moves. It will strengthen and tone as well as increase your flexibility while working your muscles to their deepest point. It targets all the major muscle groups with emphasis on the abs, arms, hips, thighs and booty! Prepare to increase that heart rate, improve your circulation and rev up your metabolism!
