Our Yoga Studio Offerings
We offer our students the opportunity to discover inner peace and unknown strength through a regular and rigorous yoga practice. Our classes are an opportunity to explore the depths of our existence and come out on the other side with peace of mind, stillness of heart, and an awakening in the soul.
By combining strength, flexibility, and mobility, focusing on unconditional love, and fostering deep connections, we become more than a yoga studio, we become a family!
Below you will find each of the class offerings found on our public schedule followed by a short description. Though many of our classes are modeled by the chakra system we also offer a variety of other options to choose from. The word “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit word meaning “wheel.” The body contains seven chakras, which regulate the flow of energy through the body. Chakras can become blocked due to stress, emotional imbalance, or physical ailments, causing us to feel unwell and unbalanced. Yoga is one way to keep our chakras open, improve our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and find healing, connection, and inspiration on and off the mat.
This class level is intended for practitioners at any stage of their yoga journey, from beginners to advanced. Instructors provide various options for each pose, demonstrate proper body mechanics, and use Sanskrit minimally. These classes are meant to teach while meeting the needs of all students.
This class level is intended for students who desire to advance their practice. Instructors provide options for each pose with demonstrations offered only for the more challenging poses. Moderate use of Sanskrit is given to prepare students for the most advanced practices.
This class level is intended for the most advanced practitioners. Instructors serve mainly as a guide offering minimal demonstration, frequent use of Sanskrit, and very few options.
A passive and meditative practice intended to target the connective tissues of the body helping to increase circulation of the joints as well as improving flexibility. Slow moving in nature and welcome to All-Levels.
An energetic and challenging practice combing both Pilates and Yoga. Moderately paced in nature and open to All-Levels.
Yoga meets Mobility as we move through a foundational practice incorporating foam rolling, active release techniques, and more! Moderately paced in nature and open to All-Levels.
A intentionally designed practice to target the areas of the body most commonly used at our partner fitness facility, Axis Fitness + Training. Moderately-Fast paced in nature and open to All-Levels and Level 2 practitioners.
Yin & Flow:
Yin meets Fluidity as we move through a foundational practice incorporating longer holds, deep connective tissue stretching, and more! Moderately paced in nature and open to All-Levels.
A foundational practice that combines the ancient practice of yoga with the teachings found in The Bible. Moderately paced in nature and open to All-Levels.
A fun and energizing practice focused on strengthening the core and enhancing mobility. Fast paced in nature and open to All-Levels.
A foundational practice intended to enhance body awareness and proper alignment. Moderately paced in nature and welcome to All-Levels.
A regenerating and rejuvenating practice intended to eliminate pain in the body and enhance mobility. Slow moving in nature and welcome to All-Levels.
Mindful Strength & Mobility:
A strengthening and mindfully designed practice intended to optimize functional movement and enhance mobility. Moderately paced in nature and welcome to All-Levels and Level 2 practitioners.
Relax & Restore: (Muladhara)
A grounding and restorative practice intended to create a restful ease in the body, mind, and spirit. Slow moving in nature and welcome to All-Levels.
Fluid Flow: (Svadhisthana)
A rhythmic and fluid practice intended to create a meditative state for the body, mind, and spirit. Slow moving in nature and welcome to All-Levels and Level 2 practitioners.
Empower Flow: (Manipura)
A high energy and inspirational practice intended to create an empowering feeling for the body, mind, and spirit. Fast paced in nature and welcome to All-Levels, Level 2, and Level 2/3 practitioners.
Mid-Day Boost: (Anahata)
A heart opening and compassion filled practice intended to energize the body, mind, and spirit. Moderately paced in nature and open to All-Levels, and Level 2 practitioners.
Note: Solar classes will be set at 95-105 degrees and Lunar classes will be set at room temperature.
