“Oh gosh, I have come a long way at Axis! Whenever I first started, I lacked technique to perform a lot of the exercises. Mike and Britt have been so patient and kind working with me and always correcting my form. I have gained strength, speed, and coordination… well, maybe not so much coordination, but working on it! (lol)”
What is the most difficult exercise more for you to do here?”
“Pull Ups and Lateral Lunges”
Which is your favorite movement?
“I don’t really have one – they are all hard! I would probably say Kettlebell High Row is one of the ones that I don’t mind as much.”
What’s your favorite song to workout to?
Which is your favorite 12 minute circuit?
“Anything that involves running.”
What’s your favorite day of the week to come in for a group training class?
“Wednesday and Saturday for full-body MetCon workouts!”

“My family and my bad-ass friends at Axis!”

“I love to eat! I eat a little bit of everything. I just try to keep a well-balanced diet.”
