Tell us about your journey here at Axis.

“Four years ago, I decided I was tired of the gym hustle and started going to a pilates studio. For a few years, it was great, but my body needed more cardio and weight training to really help maintain healthy weight and muscle. I was referred to Axis in January of 2016 and have been so happy that I made the change.”

What is the most difficult exercise more for you to do here?”

“Clean and Press”

“Burpees”

“Any old school rap!!!”

“Anything with upper body”

What’s your favorite day of the week to come in for a group training class?

“Monday’s are the best, because it always starts my week off right!”

“Box Jump”
