“My journey started at Axis the very first day they opened and I have been a proud supporter ever since! I’ll never forget doing wall-balls for the first time that day and how sore I was for days to follow! I have met so many great people through doing the groups and they have become a part of my Axis family. I love the teamwork, support, and motivation you receive within the groups.”
What is the most difficult exercise more for you to do here?”
“Pull-ups have always been a difficult move for me. I feel like a lot of it is mental but with a positive mind set and lots of practice I hope to overcome that obstacle!”
Which is your favorite movement?
“I actually have 2 favorite moves…back squats and chest press. ”
What’s your favorite song to workout to?
“I love to workout and/or run to Thunderstruck by AC/DC…it gives me sense of inner power!”
Which is your favorite 12 minute circuit?
“My favorite 12 minute circuit is strength.”
What’s your favorite day of the week to come in for a group training class?
“Any day of the week is the perfect day to come in to workout at Axis! ”
What is something you’ve done here that you never thought you could do?
“Ring dips, although I can only do like”
What keeps you motivated for fitness?
“LIFE is my biggest motivator for fitness. ”
What is your regimen for nutrition?
“I try to follow a paleo based regimen for my nutritional needs. I feel that food should be eaten/enjoyed unprocessed and within its natural state as much as possible. Food can be the worst poison or the best medicine, it is all up to the individual who consumes it! ”
