Tell us about your journey here at Axis.

“I first started coming to Axis in May 2016! I got invited to one of the paddle-boarding workouts and decided that I wanted to come check out the gym. When I walked in the doors, Mike and Britt remembered my name from the weekend before and after the workout I instantly knew that I was hooked! I can’t see myself going anywhere else! I love this Fam!”

What is the most difficult exercise more for you to do here?

“The hardest workout move for me here is anything Conditioning. LOL.”

Which is your favorite movement?

Hang Cleans!”

What’s your favorite song to workout to?

The Justin Bieber “As Long As You Love Me” remix.”

Which is your favorite 12 minute circuit?

I don’t think I have a favorite circuit, but as long as it involves squats and sprinting then I’m a fan!”

What’s your favorite day of the week to come in for a group training class?

“I love coming in to class on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings!”

What is something you’ve done here that you never thought you could do?

I could not do a pull up on my own before coming to Axis, but I could do one after only being here for a month!”

What keeps you motivated for fitness?

“My motivation for fitness is knowing that God created me and my body, and I want to do everything that I can to take care of it so that I can glorify Him with my life!”

What is your regimen for nutrition?

“My regimen currently consists of the Axis Nutrition 360+1 Plano right now. I love the freedom that it offers on the system and the accountability!”
